Please meet our October Fan of the Month, Jennifer W.

We think Jennifer is the perfect FOTM for a lot of reasons. She’s a dedicated mother to her children, and adores chick flicks, cooking shows, and above all, couponing. She’s a Twitter fanatic, posting about her favorite topics. If you check out her tweets at @jenesparza, you’ll see just how many great bargains she has managed to scout out on the Internet. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll be able to score a few yourself!

Name/nickname: Jennifer Woosley, nickname JenWoo

What’s your favorite Cold-EEZE flavor? Sugar Free Pomegranate, so good I can hardly tell its good for me or even sugar free.

Tell us your favorite Cold-EEZE saves the day story:  Last year I was teaching Sunday School and was sick, hoarse, and just feeling miserable and thought about calling in. It was still early in the day, so I decided to take some Cold-EEZE. By 3, I was feeling really great and my throat had begun to let me talk again. I was really glad, because we were short handed on teachers anyway.

What’s your sick day style? My sick days are few and far between… it’s not that I don’t get sick but being a mom of two little ones, I can never really have official sick days. When I do get times to “be sick,” I like to hang out in my pajamas all day and eat all my favorite snacks and hang around on the couch with my big overstuffed comforter. Watching sitcoms, movies, and my favorite—cooking shows!

Favorite comfort book: I’m more of a magazine girl—I like to indulge in Cosmo, Womans Day, Glamour.

Favorite comfort movie: My favorite movie of all time is How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. I could watch it over and over again.

Your favorite way to stay healthy: Exercise is my favorite way to stay healthy. I like to do yoga, bootcamp class and working out on the elliptical.

Tip to a fan suffering from a cold: There is no shame in going to bed early. Sleep and Cold-EEZE are my secrets to getting over being sick fast.

Most fun blog that you love to read: Southern Made In the Shade  This is a fairly new blog I’ve been reading but I really love it, because she is always having giveaways and posts great recipes. She really includes a variety of things, and I like that she adds content everyday to keep it fresh and new.

Tell us a funny anecdote that showcases your personality: Oh geez…what kinds of sitcom-like stuff I get into. About a month ago, I was shopping at a CVS and noticed a sign that said, “All detergent on sale.” So I grabbed my regular brand and proceeded to the checkout counter. The cashier was ringing everything up and I noticed the Tide rang up at normal price. I told her, “Ma’am, all the detergent is on sale, but I see it didn’t ring up on sale.” She looked at me confused, and said, “Honey, All is on sale…the brand All.” It took a few moments for me to realize, All is a brand of detergent!

Job/Favorite Role in life: Domestic Goddess

Favorite place you’ve been so far, next place you are hoping to go: I loved going to Jamaica, it was the most beautiful place I have ever seen and had the clearest, calmest waters. I am hoping to go to Hawaii within the next year or two.

Best part about the Cold-EEZE community: I love that the Cold-EEZE community really covers a variety of areas, from meal makeovers to Top 5 Movie Parenting moments. I really love the tips on looking at colds in a different way, like “Cold-Proof Cooking.”

Thanks so much for answering our questions, Jennifer! We love the spunky, able-to-laugh-at-yourself spirit she showed with her story of the All/Tide detergent mix-up.

Tell us, what’s a funny word mix-up you’ve had?
