Q:

When should I start taking Cold-EEZEŽ?

A:

Cold-EEZEŽ lozenges work best when taken at the first sign of your cold, usually within the first 48 hours of feeling cold symptoms. Use Cold-EEZEŽ lozenges every 2 to 3 hours until your cold is completely gone (but no more then 6 a day). Also, it’s best to take Cold-EEZEŽ with a snack or meal, to minimize any nausea that may occur. Avoid anything with citric acid (like citrus fruits, soda pop or effervescent medications) ˝ hour before and after taking Cold-EEZEŽ because citric acid makes the zinc lozenge less active.
